  • Jean presented the attached report for discussion

  • Casual moorage is down and marina maintenance costs were up in March compared to last year

  • Budget is on track

  • Boaters will be contacted via email for up-to-date contact info and emergency contacts

  • There will be a new sign on the road saying “A Dock Parking Only” to discourage whale watchers from parking there

  • Facebook whale watching site will be contacted regarding parking policy

  • Clarify definition of the “Wait List Policy”

  • Trailer replacement

  • Upgrades to the Tidal Grid

Pickle ball

  • Determine if pollen will be an issue with the paint being used for pickle ball lines

  • Increase tennis key deposits to encourage people to return the keys

  • Review tennis revenue and expenses, discuss possible increase to tennis fees

  • Staff to come up with proposal regarding housing size

Water and Sewer

  • No info regarding grant, meeting will be on April 20th

  • Some changes will be made, but nothing announced as of yet

  • Apply for the Healthy Communities Initiative Grant which opens up on May 14, deadline is June 25

  • Prepare a proposed design layout for the playground that we can present to residents and at the AGM

  • Install a dog poop station with signage
