The President called the meeting to order at 4:04 pm.

Motion: That the Minutes of the Nov 13, 2023 Magic Lake Property Owners’ Society Meeting be approved.

BUSINESS ARISING:
5.1. Playground/Pickleball/Tennis Recreational Update
5.1.1. Grants finished for this year and will be reviewed for opportunities next year.
5.1.2. The proposal for teenager engagement in the park and in Magic Lake Estates (MLE) is underway.
5.2. Gazebos
5.2.1. Locating and installing the gazebos is continuing.
5.2.2. The Secretary will reach out to PIPRC for the Thieves Bay possible location.
5.2.3. The President will discuss a gazebo location in front of playground with the Special Projects Director.
