Governance update

• The Ministry is not going to consider the Governance Study at the moment, they think it is too premature. They are suggesting tweaking the current Governance Service.

Playground

• 3 revised quotes have been received, will be reviewed by MLPOS

• Design layout will need to decided for quoting purposes for the grant

• Apply for grant that is opening up April 1

• 2 of the picnic tables are completed and have been delivered to the breakwater

• 2 picnic tables are ready to be delivered and the other 2 are being worked on

Rain Water Collection

• Determine if there is an interest within Magic Lake to purchase (subsidized) water catchment system for residential properties

• Email will be sent out to our members to see if there is any interest in pursuing this

• Welcome sign at the fire hall is looking old, consider replacing or repairing
